Filtering Structure and Storage of High Flow Filter Elements

The difference between high flow filter elements and melt blown filter elements is that the models must be distinguished, and different models cannot be interchangeable. The specific model is determined by the high flow filter. So the purchased high flow filter element must be matched with the high flow filter element, mainly reflected in the differences in pressure and flow rate of the end cover and various models.

The advantages of the high flow filter structure are large filtration area, low initial pressure difference, fast filtration speed, small filter volume, and low cost. Due to the combination of pre filtration and final filtration, the filtering element has a higher capacity for holding pollutants. The high flow filter is composed of polypropylene fiber membrane and non-woven fabric or (w) inner and outer support layers. The shell of the filter element, the middle pin rod, and the end cover are processed and formed using a hot melt welding process, without any adhesion, leakage, and secondary pollution.

Storage methods for high flow filter cartridges

1. Immerse the disinfectant into the disinfectant and ensure that the stainless steel casing of the filter is filled with the disinfectant.

2. Remove the soaked filter element and let it dry.

In a dry climate, the filter element can be removed and dried.

4. Undried filter elements should not be wrapped in plastic bags to prevent mold.

Installation Method of High Flow Filter Element

1. Wet the O-ring so that the filter element can be inserted vertically and slowly, and must be fully inserted into the stainless steel circular groove.

2. The fins of the filter tube are pressed with stainless steel orifice plates, which do not need to be too tight to avoid deformation of the filter element after overheating.

3. Avoid direct contact with the filter paper and membrane of the filter and filter element with your hands.

4. Rinse the filter element as much as possible before use.

5. When opening or closing, please slowly turn the valve and do not open or close it at the same time to prevent the filter element from being sucked in during high-temperature quenching.
